Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal.

AI Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence. While we aim for high accuracy, AI can occasionally generate incorrect or "hallucinated" information. ClarixAi is not liable for:

• Missed appointments, bookings, or revenue loss.

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
